Privacy policy

This policy explains what AI Marketing Times collects, why, and what your choices are.

Effective date: August 2026

What we collect

If you only read the site

We do not require an account to read anything. We collect aggregate analytics about which pages are viewed, using Google Analytics where it is enabled. We do not sell this data and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

If you create an account

We store your email address, the sign-in method you used (email code, Google or Apple), your chosen display name, and your language and time zone. Sign-in is by a one-time code or an OAuth provider, so we never hold a password you use elsewhere.

When you create an account your email address is added to our mailing list so we can send you product and editorial updates. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not affect your account or any listing you have paid for.

If you list a product

We store everything you enter about the product — its name, website, logo, images, categories, tags and description — because that is what we publish. Payment is handled by Stripe: we never see or store your card details. We keep a record of what was purchased, when, and for how much.

Listing analytics

For each published listing we count how many times its page was viewed and how many times its outbound link was clicked, aggregated per day. These counts are not tied to individual visitors — we do not store who clicked, only that a click happened. The listing's owner can see these totals; nobody else can.

Cookies

We set a session cookie when you sign in, which is what keeps you signed in. If analytics are enabled, those services set their own cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share data with

  • Stripe — payment processing and billing. Stripe is the controller of your payment details, not us.
  • Our email providers — to deliver sign-in codes, receipts and the newsletter.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and abuse prevention.
  • OpenAI — when you or an editor use a translation or drafting feature, the text being translated or the topic being drafted is sent for processing. Account data is never sent.

We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Your choices

  • Access or export — email us and we will send you what we hold.
  • Correction — you can edit your account and your listings at any time from your dashboard.
  • Deletion — you can ask us to delete your account. Published listings you have paid for are unlinked from your account rather than removed, because other sites may link to those pages; ask us and we will retire them too.
  • Unsubscribe — one click, in any email we send.

Retention

Account and listing data is kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Daily analytics counts are kept indefinitely, since they contain no personal data.

Children

This is a business publication and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will say so on this page and, where it matters, by email.
